The primary years of education are both rewarding and important in setting the secure foundations for all learning and later life. It is important that we offer a curriculum that inspires a love of learning and enables children to enjoy this unique stage of childhood.
The partnership with parents lies at the heart of our school. It starts from your first links with the school and continues through the years that your child is with us. We encourage parents to join in with school activities in a range of ways. It may be helping in the classroom, cooking, accompanying your child‟s class on an educational visit, attending class assemblies or school performances or simply taking time to support your child with their homework or reading.
As Headteacher, I always try to be available to discuss your child‟s care, learning and development and to address any queries that you might have no matter how small they may be.
